Had to go out today for a session with a psychiatrist, everything went good and she was easy to talk to. It was a city over from where I live but luckily my mom works there, this also meant I had to wait for her to get off work to go home, the result was going for the mini shopping nearby. (things are open already, should they? not sure, but they are.)
I got some clothes that I needed, I had given 1/2 of my wardrobe away recently, and got some things for my niece and little cousin, it wasn't crowded so I just got a book to read and ate something while I waited. (Had the best waffle and camomile tea.) I got À Espera dos Filhos da Luz (In Wait for the Children [as in: sons/daughters] of light) by Ana Maria Braga (A Brazillian television presenter) what surprised me because when I think of her I wouldn't expect medieval(fantasy?) fiction, just read 1 chapter, very nice too, or at least I liked, kept me pretty hooked. I've been in a medieval fantasy mood and even ordered the lotr books to read, I had then on amazon book-tablet-thing but reading on that can be a little hard and I left it on my dad's.
Then, and I mention because I'm pretty proud of it, I got some courage to speak in the faculty chat group, they are making a mini-discord event with games, and I mentioned a tabletop sub-group, everyone liked the idea! I know it's a silly thing to be proud of, but I'm normally very afraid of speaking and have self-isolation problems, so I take this as a step in the right direction. Hope I can keep up. anyway... hmm. yeah, that was the day.
